What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is only $100.00. You can mix and match items to reach minimum order.
What if I’m a wholesale distributor or part of a buying group?
If you are a wholesale distributor or part of a buying group please email Salman@trendzmart.com to get access to our distributor-pricing tier. You are still requested to register on our website in order to view distributor prices.
Where are you located?
Our office is located in Dallas TX. However, we exhibit at several trade shows including Atlanta's AmericasMart, ASD in Las Vegas, Dallas Gift & Home and more.
Do you have a catalog?
Yes, we offer printed catalogs however our website is the most efficient way to view our complete line. Our online website allows us to bring new products to the marketplace much faster. We update our website's New Arrivals category with new products almost daily.
Who can buy from Trendz Mart?
Trendz mart is wholesale to the trade only. We don’t sell to the public. You must own a business in order to purchase from us.
Do you require a business license?
When you register online it is required to provide your business tax ID.

How do I create an account?
Creating an account is simple at Trendz Mart. To create an account just click on “register” and follow the steps to fill out your company information and create your own user name & password. You’ll receive instant access to our wholesale prices.
Do you offer Net 30 terms?
All Orders are shipped on Credit Card unless you have established terms with Trendz Mart. If you wish to set up for Net 30 terms please email 3 business references to email@example.com
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, it is a secured network; we will not charge your credit cart until the order has been process and ready to ship
How do I place an order?
To place an order with Trendz Mart, add items to your shopping cart and put your order through online! If you are not comfortable ordering online, you may phone or fax your order to us.
How are your items shipped?
We ship orders via UPS. You are able to select the shipping level (ground or air delivery) during the first stage of the checkout process. You’re welcome to use your own FedEx or UPS account.
Do you ship internationally?

How soon are most orders shipped?
Most Internet orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders with higher shipping levels will be given higher priority (eg. Next Day & Second Day Air orders will be given priority over Ground).
Shipment will be FOB Dallas.
All orders are shipped via UPS ground. We can ship 3rd day, 2nd day or overnight if requested.
C.O.D. orders are shipped only upon request.
Are shipping charges extra?
Yes, shipping charges are extra based on the weight of the shipment and the destination zip code. We can ship FedEx or UPS Collect.
What is your guarantee?
We guarantee your complete 100% satisfaction. It's our goal to sell only top quality products. Should you receive items that do not meet your expectations or items that are damaged or defective, simply return them within 7 days of the invoice date for credit. Returned items must be in original condition and in original packaging. Items that have been displayed for sale or worn may not be returned.
No credits allowed for shipping. Returned items may affect your discount.
Do you have Hi Resolution images for catalog?
Yes, we offer Hi res images for your catalogs and mail outs. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the style numbers for images.
