- Q. Are your watches
working?
A. Yes, all of our
watches are working! All watches are brand new and come with a one year
warranty. If any of our watches stop working all you need to do is replace
the battery.
- Q. Is it safe to use
my credit card online?
A. Yes, it is a
secured network, we will not charge your credit cart until the order
has been process and ready to ship.
- Q. How long does it
take to ship an order?
A. All orders will
be shipped within 1-3 business days. If you need to expedite your order
please call Salman at (877)338-8736 or email at salman@trendzmart.com.
A. Yes, you can
get a refund or store credit if you return the watches within 7 days
of arrival. Please email salman@trendzmart.com for your return authorization.
- Q. Do you ship international?
A. Yes, we ship
international. We use UPS as our preferred carrier. Prices do not included
custom charges. For prices on other carriers such as USPS please email
us @ karim@trendzmart.com.
- Q. Do your watches
come with a warranty?
A. All of our watches
come with a one year warranty. If you have any problems with your watch
you can send it back and we will repair or replace it for you. We cover
battery replacement and manufacture defects.
- Q. I've never shopped
on the site before. Where should I start?
A. Before you start
shopping, create a free account with us by clicking on the "My
account” link at the top of the page. You can create an account by
clicking on “Register”.
- Q. How many watches
are in a unit?
A. Watches can be
purchased individually as long as you meet the minimum purchase requirement
of $100.00
